Our First Blog is one that I am so excited to announce…wait for it……Next to the sweet simplicity of love and affection that we get to share with a bride and groom is the sweetness of their cake!!!! Yummm!! We had the honor of meeting Ron from Ron Ben-Israel Cakes, a cake designer who is well known for the $120,000 – 12’ x 8’ cake fed which fed over 1,500 guests at the 100th birthday of the famous Plaza Hotel in NYC. You guys are not even going to believe that this is a cake when you see the picture, “it was a replica of the iconic landmark” and so impressive that even Martha Stewart filmed a documentary about the process of making the cake, take a look.
"When I was younger it was about a reaction to what was of the age... Now I don't have to rebel, I just have to do fun stuff."
