EXAMPLE 1: Leadership Development, Technology Adoption & Motivation

How Leaders Innovate: Capture the Potential of Your Human Experience

We live in a world of exponential growth and accelerating change. Changing ourselves and our businesses is more necessary than ever. In this provocative talk, you can see your leadership potential and how it's directly tied to putting yourself on the line for the benefit of those you lead. It is a motivational and eye-opening experience illuminating how personal discomfort gives access to breakthrough growth and how to find the courage to not just accept it, but to get out ahead of it to be able to lead change as the only competitive advantage. Leaders of companies of any size can embrace the technologies of the Fourth Industrial Revolution, such as robots, IoT and AI, and create something completely new without losing who they are in the process.

Attendee Results:

  • Learn how using discomfort can lead to innovative thinking and breakthrough ideas.
  • Understand the critical role our own discomfort plays in our business success (or lack thereof).
  • Experience what the human experience is by means of a moving and powerful example.
  • Learn the methodology behind using constraints, hardships, and problems as circumstances to be embraced as our access to innovation.
  • Develop an ecology of people who create big goals, allowing for and even forcing actions that were previously unthinkable.

EXAMPLE 2: Mental Health, Resilience & Happiness

What's Beyond Happiness?

Since the world hit reset in 2020, people have been asking:

  • What are the things most important to me?
  • Am I living an authentic life that's true to myself and not what others expect of me?
  • How do I know if I'm spending the minutes of my day meaningfully?

Whether you lead a company, teams, or your own work & life, it is time to get to the core of who you are, live the purposeful life you want, and ripple your impact to people in your business and beyond.

This session shares why it's time to redefine happiness, the role that life's highs and lows play, and how we are more resilient when we live with happiness and humanity. Define what it means to take care of your greenhouse as you grow others, and embrace the new concept of the double ROI — return on investment and ripple of impact.

When we apply the learnings from Beyond Happiness, we wake up knowing, regardless of what bad news might be in the headlines that day, that we're grounded in our internal worlds. That we're putting our time and talents to the best use, in service of ourselves and everyone we touch in our ecosystems.
