The world we live in today is characterized by an unprecedented population size and greater connectivity than ever before.

This presents a unique opportunity for the Global Church to reach people for Christ. However, it is not enough to simply have the tools we must also have strong leadership to guide us in leveraging them effectively.

In this talk, I share leadership insights gained from years of experience, focusing on five key areas for leaders to remember when leading in the Digital Age:

• Stepping forward and embracing the unknown
• Driving for clarity
• Setting the tone
• Pursuing the one
• Empowering the team

We also need to remind ourselves of the importance of our mission as the Church: to lead people to Christ. They emphasize that we must be a light in this dark world, handpicked and empowered by God to pursue those who are hurting and lost.

The talk concludes with a prayer for those who lead in this season, that they may experience God's presence, feel the weight of their responsibility lifted, and be empowered to fulfill their mission of leading people to Christ."
