TRAVERSE CITY — Amy Smart fell in love with northern Michigan long before she met and married Traverse City native Carter Oosterhouse, even before she became an actress, and before that, a model.

Amy Smart hit the 40 mark in March. But on Tuesday the actress looked like she was still in her twenties as she displayed her lean physique in a chic floral summer dress while attending the premiere of Free State Of Jones in Los Angeles.

Amy Smart is joining Jacki Weaver and Alfred Molina in the indie drama “Sister Cities.” Troian Bellisario, Stana Katic, Jess Weixler and Michelle Trachtenberg are also on board.
