The Finding Fulfillment in & at Work workshop is designed to help participants discover and cultivate a sense of fulfillment in their work. Throughout the workshop, we will explore key concepts and strategies that contribute to a fulfilling work experience. One important aspect we will focus on is pouring into your people. We will also address the IT syndrome, which refers to the tendency to prioritize external achievements and material success over personal fulfillment.
