Bishoy's narrative culminates a series of roadblocks that sprouted throughout his life's journey. He wanted more than anything to succeed athletically in the face of a cancer diagnosis as a child. Regardless of how bad he wanted it, he wasn't able to unleash his inner athlete until adulthood.
His relentless drive to succeed as an endurance athlete starting from scratch gave his life new meaning. It has been through the world of running and endurance sports that he has found purpose. Bishoy attributes the health of his mental well-being to a non-negotiable commitment to move.
He is an avid Marathoner and Iron Man.
