Kristin won her first horse show national title at age thirteen, and in the years that followed she earned an NCAA D1 collegiate swimming scholarship where she competed at the national and international level. After college, Kristin turned her passion for winning to triathlon, and then professional cycling – first earning All-American honors, then three US Masters Cycling National Champion Titles and a World Championship in the final race of her decorated athletic career.

For thirty+ years, Bobby has been a highly-regarded professional athlete and corporate spokesperson. With wins at the highest level of NASCAR, including a NASCAR XFINITY Series Championship, an IROC Championship, and the 2000 NASCAR Cup Series Championship driving Number 18 for Joe Gibbs Racing, Bobby was inducted into the NASCAR Hall of Fame in 2020.

Kristin holds an MBA from Duke University and leads in business today. With courage and drive, she looks at every opportunity with curiosity. She explores winning scenarios and then uses her talents to pull together a team committed to excellence. She’s not intimidated by adversity either. Challenges become opportunities to showcase her skills as a brilliant strategist.

Bobby’s success continues off the track as well. His tenacity and resilience allowed him to rise from a kid in the garage sweeping floors to a racing champion, and now a sought-after television racing analyst and magnetic brand ambassador. He’s grounded and relatable, making him an ideal partner for national brands and he brings his compelling charm to every event!

Together, they run Breaking Limits, a brand strategy and experiential marketing agency, and the Bobby Labonte Foundation, which has raised more than $1 million for organizations that support children and families.
