What if building our capacity for PLAY could transform our connection to ourselves, our community, and the world around us? What if play wasn’t the reward after the work, but the way we actually do the work better?
In this energizing and interactive keynote, Carly Ciarrocchi—veteran children’s media host, improviser, and leading Bounce philosopher (okay, she also invented the philosophy)—invites audiences to reimagine play as a tool for creativity, collaboration, and aliveness. Drawing from her background in live children’s television, physical theatre, and learning research and design, Carly shares how Bounce—the rhythm of play that lives in all of us—can be activated in our everyday lives and work.
With stories from the field, insights from the thinkers and makers who inspire this approach, and (low stakes!) interactive moments, participants explore how to reconnect with their innate spirit of play and how to help others do the same.
