Chase Strangio

This presentation will talk about the current challenges in the legal fight for trans justice particularly in light of the Supreme Court’s decision overturning Roe v. Wade and the escalating attacks on trans life in state legislatures. The talk will focus on where we are, how we got here and what we can do to push the fight for justice forward even as we contend with major structural limitations on what we can achieve in the courts.
