Confronting a critical crossroads? Go to experts? Get stuck in data dives? Trust gut instincts? We often rely on the same decision-making tools, regardless of the challenge. But this one-size-fits-all approach limits our potential. It's time to abandon autopilot and embrace flexibility.
The key? Unraveling your unique decision-making DNA. My research has uncovered that there are five dominant ways that people approach decisions. I call these decision archetypes Problem Solver Profiles (PSP) and gave them memorable names: The Adventurer, Detective, Listener, Thinker and Visionary.
All PSPs have superpowers, decision-making strengths, and also have some kryptonite – areas that present challenges and opportunities for growth. In my talk, I’ll share how everyone can learn which PSP is theirs and how to be more dynamic by increasing your decision-making flexibility to make better big decisions alone and with others.
Ready to unleash your decision-making superpowers? Join me on this journey of self-discovery and learn to unlock your potential for better choices and better outcomes, both for yourself and the world around you.
