Finally, we will talk about the concept of "Loyalty Tax" (a term coined by Adam Grant to signify the financial disadvantage of being a loyal, long-term employee vs changing jobs often), and offer the VOSA "Loyalty Premium" (VOSA= Value of Service Award) as the logical answer to this problem and to many other critical socio-economic problems.
