Here we will explore the symptoms and root causes of the Income Inequality Crisis facing the Western World today, and settle the question of whether CEOs are really paid too much or employees are paid too little?

Then we will look at the Pros and Cons of Taxes, Minimum Wages, Employee Stock Ownership and Employee Profit-Sharing as the potential tools of solving the crises, and pick a winner.

Then we will look at the critical gaps in our compensation systems and in the workplace in general (Trust Gap, Recognition Gap, Participation Gap) and explain these gaps from the perspective of our outdated and flawed (incomplete) view of the true economic value of the employee to the employer. Here we will cover the JHCs of the Employee Value: Job-related, Human in the job-related and Company-related.

Finally, we will talk about the concept of "Loyalty Tax" (a term coined by Adam Grant to signify the financial disadvantage of being a loyal, long-term employee vs changing jobs often), and offer the VOSA "Loyalty Premium" (VOSA= Value of Service Award) as the logical answer to this problem and to many other critical socio-economic problems.

Finally, we will "Imagine" what the workplace and the world would look like if all companies and organizations implemented VOSA.
