There are so many reasons a lot of people stay average, mediocre and at best 'good', it’s the subconscious fear of failure that stops most from taking necessary calculated risks, it’s also the fear of success and actually have to live with all the ways in which our life, behaviors and interactions change.

At the end of my talk, ordinary, average and regular people will be inspired and equipped with the tools to go from good to great, the underdog will feel the shift to show up and take the stage.

This talk contains elements that help to address fear, improve self-confidence, boost self-assuredness but also a team spirit and the comradery it takes to boost performance on a corporate team level.

My focus will be to get the message of the underdog to the victor with a boisterous, enthusiastic and energetic delivery that carries everyone along.

I help average leaders make small tweaks not necessarily big Gregorian, giant shifts to help them move from the back of the room to create impactful solutions and results.

My talks are action and result driven as I show small hinges that swing open big doors from a mindset perspective so people can perceive themselves as the main character in the stories of their lives on a personal and corporate level.
