The Tom Hanks film closed the BFI London Film Festival Sunday night.

British actress Emma Thompson and her mother Phyllida Law will be honoured by the Royal Conservatoire of Scotland this summer.

In her New York stage debut, Ms. Thompson will play the pie-making Mrs. Lovett in the New York Philharmonic's March production of “Sweeney Todd.”
