You’ll feel smack dab in the middle of the 1990s all over again. Smash Mouth, Sugar Ray, Gin Blossoms, Vertical Horizon and Fastball — all giants of the decade that brought us grunge music, Beverly Hills 90210 and Tickle Me Elmo — bring their “Under the Sun Tour” August 14 to Allen Event Center. The trek features staples from the era such as Smash Mouth’s “Walkin’ On the Sun,” Austin outfit Fastball’s “The Way,” Sugar Ray’s “Fly,” Gin Blossoms’ “Follow Me Down” and Vertical Horizon’s “Everything You Want.” Tickets go on sale May 31 at 10 a.m. via Ticketmaster.
