Session Description:
Forrest Rivers, a certified meditation teacher, published author, and long-time college professor, shows how mindfulness can help us find greater meaning and ultimately greater purpose in our lives. Specifically, he shows how daily mindfulness practices like meditation can help us live with more fluidity, awaken our innate feelings of compassion, help us listen more deeply through spirited self-reflection, improve our self-discipline, grow our inner courage and help us feel more connected to life’s mysterious rhythms and patterns.
