“Before meeting Grace I bought the Strengths Finder book, read it, and took the online test. As I read off my strengths, I knew I needed to learn more about what they meant and how to use them. I’ve always felt that I had a grasp on what I was good at but I could never clearly define it when someone would ask me. My first meeting with Grace, and the rest of the strengths group, quickly helped me with clarification on who I was and what I was good at. Every time we met, there was an “aha” moment that led to greater understanding. After a few meetings, Grace flipped the focus from how to work with our own individual strengths to how to work with other people’s strengths. This helped me to learn how to better work with management as well as the people that I lead, mentor, and serve. I firmly believe that these are the kind of things can improve workforce retention, efficiency, and happiness. This gave me the confidence I needed to grow and develop into the leader that I am now.”
