Then we will talk About What Barriers They Will Face and how we can support them in working through them to create a good space for us to coexist.

Finally we discuss how to manage the next generation in a way that keeps them coming back tomorrow.

• Listen to Learn, Learn to Understand. Then Once we Understand, taking the opportunity to speak.

Yes we need to talk with the Gen Z's who are coming in but we also need to talk with the children who are starting to make decisions in their adolescence about what they will do one day without even knowing it. We need to set them up for success better.
