Hansy Better Barraza discusses how student-led initiatives between Harvard and RISD students used social media to reinstate authorship over the history of the built environment to uplift a diverse set of women’s leaders. She will also discuss specific Studio Luz Architects projects that works with issues related to gender and race and the role it plays in the production of the work. Hansy will discuss how we use social media and our networks to demand media representation and acknowledgment.
