With the premier of her new talk show, Kocktails with Khloé, and the release of her book, Strong Looks Better Naked, Khloé has appeared to be making a concerted effort to establish a more prominent individual brand.
Khloe Kardashian has always been the oddball of the bunch when it comes to the women in her family. From trying to live a life out of the spotlight with a normal marriage to branding herself completely different from her sisters, Khloe Kardashian has always marched to the beat of a different drummer. She has been referred to as the “fat” Kardashian sister in the past, but all of that has changed. Khloe remains on Keeping Up With the Kardashians, but has also branched out to do her own reality talk show on a separate network. Kocktails With Khloe was expected to immediately fail, but it has surprised everyone involved with it.
The live-to-tape show premiered Wednesday night on A&E’s sister channel FYI with guests comedian Kym Whitley, “The Talk” co-host Aisha Tyler, former “Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” cast member Brandi Glanville, and appearances from Snoop Dogg and Khloe’s sister Kendall Jenner.
FYI has greenlit “Kocktails With Khloe,” a primetime talk show hosted by Khloe Kardashian. The network has ordered eight one-hour episodes, slated to premiere late this year.
