Attendees will receive glow sticks as a reminder that finding and sharing their light eases the pressures of the job. By working together, teams can overcome burnout, support one another, and shine a light on the youth they are committed to uplifting. When each person brings their best, their combined light casts out the challenges and struggles of the job, creating a positive culture that radiates to the youth they serve, allowing both staff and youth to thrive.
