This session will explain (in colorful comedic yet professional fashion) how a kid , "born with a rusty spoon in his mouth" refused to accept his surroundings, as a snapshot of his future. When we instill the notion that just because you are "in" a particular place does not mean you are forever "of" a particular place, the winning begins! This is a high-charged motivational session, designed to empower even the most societally oppressed-even those who turned down the wrong road (drugs, theft) and now looking for a new beginning. Attendees will hear (and relate) to many of the darts and bricks thrown come from within! You'll walk away realizing that there is only one small step out of the mud--the curb. And once you take that first step, it's on!!! Come and hear how the last "no" brick ended up on a pile of no's but it turned out to be the last step the speaker needed to climb to the top!!
