What are some of the most memorable learning experiences of your life? This is a question that Larry Rosenstock, founder and CEO of High Tech High, asked at a seminar, which I attended at HTH in San Diego. Larry says that if you ask this question to a group of people, several characteristics of the learning experiences emerge. “They will be project-based and multi-disciplinary or anti-disciplinary. They will include fear of failure, success and public recognition,” says Larry. These are the basic tenets of HTH where students learn the concepts and skills through project-based learning.
