Anger can destroy our ability to communicate and it seems too many of our issues today (local, state-wide, national and around the world) are based on forms of anger. I am here to help us all understand there is a better way and it is an uncomplicated process; we just need to help each other, one word, one understanding, at a time.

If our reality is anger or revenge, at any age, we must know how that is, or is not, working for us. Do you know many people who would act with anger and feel good about it? Would your favorite superhero, or sibling or parent, want to act in that same way, in anger? How would each of us feel if they did act in anger instead of how we believe a good person, or a superhero, would act?

There are no overnight solutions, but we can start improving our own attitudes today by Achieving Unity: by Ending Anger, Hate and Prejudice through Open Communication. Why do so many people think anger is a solution when we truly may not realize why we are angry? How do we gain any value through our anger? What about our Judging and-or Labeling of others?

Where could we have learned such an obvious misconception? Anger, hate, judging, labeling and-or prejudice produce no value and no return on investment outside of increasing our own stress level. If someone doesn't know or understand that their anger does not produce any identifiable value, we need to teach and share knowledge and understanding with others, with everyone; We need to start sharing here, today: we must start now.

Leaving or running away from someone else’s anger can be beneficial but we all know continuing to leave or run from a situation, inside ourselves, is not a solution. We can begin addressing the cause of our feelings and review our own actions as the key that unlocks the anger and opens our door and ability to communicate freely.

It is important to all cultures; to each and every one of us. Let’s work together Achieving Unity as a joint culture for everyone.
