If we can look at a situation dispassionately, remove how WE feel about the situation and start looking at it from another's perception we now have PERSPECTIVE.

When we apply the principals associated with UBUNTU we quickly understand that it is not about ME, its about US. I AM BECAUSE WE ARE. The only way I can reach my full potential as a human is by helping others reach their full potential.
