Mike Hayes is the former commanding officer of Navy Seal Team Two, leading a 2,000-person Special Operations task force in southeastern Afghanistan. He was also a White House Fellow, Director of Defense Policy and Strategy at the National Security Council, and has served in several C-level roles in the private sector. Currently, he is managing director at Insight Partners, a software investment firm.
