The quick and helpful responses, and especially the flexibility as we juggled COVID impacts, were very much appreciated. Mr. Hill did a superb job with the talk and I've received many positive comments. One suggestion - Lockheed and Paul struggled to find a workable virtual platform, finally compromising with Microsoft Teams. AAE was not able to provide much help, leaving it to the two of us to sort it out. AAE as the provider, and the company we contract with, needs to get their own IT support and take ownership of virtual delivery of the presentation. As we shift more and more into virtual environments, this will become a very important part of your service and may be a discriminator when we select a booking house.”
