Peter Krause has walked an unconventionally straightforward path as an actor. After earning an undergraduate degree in his home state of Minnesota and then a master’s from New York University’s Tisch School of the Arts in 1990, he immediately scored his first job as a regular on Carol Burnett’s sketch comedy series, Carol & Company. Ever since, he has been working almost exclusively in television, for the past 26 years.
