Peter McCoppin

The premise: Leadership is the learned and practiced behaviour to inspire and excite human potential by our own example.

"We must become that which we wish to attract."

This course focuses on building character to lead through: self-examination, self-awareness, self-governance and self- direction. Vulnerability, empathy, and mindfulness are critical to that process.

Peter's approach is Socratic. He facilitates but does not direct the co-creative conversation. People support what they create — that is fundamental to his purpose.

Over the past 20 years this course has been given to people in: Governments of BC, Alberta and the Yukon, Corporations (Telus, Enbridge, Envision Financial,) BC Corrections, RC Navy, Not-for-Profits (Mustard Seed, Salvation Army, Pacifica Housing), Tech and Junior Start-ups (Pilothouse Digital).

It is offered to groups of 15 to 30 people.
