“My family and I attended a food demonstration hoping to learn better ways to prepare dinners, and special meals for family and friends. What we found was a dynamic speaker, who as he prepared amazing foods, talked us through the ideas that he presented in his dishes. Everyone in attendance was drawn into his stories of the kitchens he worked in, as well as his approach to food preparation. We each wanted the next dish he was preparing. We enjoyed learning how it was prepared. But, we understood that with each dish, our time together was running shorter. I left there that night with new ideas for preparing dinners. But, I also know there is a lot more to know. Not only about preparing meals, but about Richie and his approach to life.”
