One of the best organizations I ever had the pleasure of becoming a member of assembled a team of pentathletes (people who could do more than one thing), each with tremendous character, high standards for themselves and others and a willingness to embrace the art of the possible. Within any organization building healthy teams are foundational to long-term success because healthy teams improve operating efficiency by solving problems at the lowest level, are positioned to adapt to market shifts and healthy teams experience low employee turnover which improves predictability.
