"This summary/snippet of one of my speeches was written to empower the audience. To coach them to find, trust, own and believe their true self.

Ask yourself some simple questions:

• Who do you want to be?
• Who and what inspires you?
• How would you give back to the world?
• Or how would you like to give back to the world?

Do you fully trust yourself, to follow your own track, and make your personal mark on this world? Maybe it feels like you should pursue a certain destiny. Maybe your family or environment has different expectations from you than what you truly desire from yourself. Listen to your thoughts. What do they say? Maybe your parents want you to get married and have children, but you are not ready. You are just not ready and maybe you rather travel the world for a few years. No matter what path you choose, make sure that it is YOU choosing it.

I am completely aware that this can be scary sometimes and challenging, and I life's journey is not always easy. Especially for those who choose their own course instead of the one that others had in mind for them. Especially for those who dare to be themselves. And even than when you follow your own authentic track, you still may experience that others may not treat your fairly or only see a small fraction of you, your abilities, capabilities and talents. A fraction of who you really are. They won't always see how hard you worked, and how much you have sacrificed to get to where you are at that moment. Instead, they will make assumptions about who they think you are, based on their limited notion of the world.
