Constant change is the new normal. This requires organizations to become ever more dynamic, flexible, and resilient. New working models are offered as a solution, as well as tools like AI and Big Data. However, reality often looks different: the initial spirit of optimism quickly gives way to frustration as the desired positive dynamic simply does not appear. So what to do?

There is an often-overlooked perspective that can provide relief: In order to be more dynamic and agile, we need to make decisions. But decision making is hard – unless we clear up a few misconceptions about what decisions are and how we can make them more efficiently and better.

The talk will take the audience on a journey in four stages:
