Some of my game-changing business and career moves have come about because of dynamic speakers who have educated me and/or challenged me to think a bigger game about how I approach my business or life. My motivation is to offer that opportunity to someone else - to give back to the business community and contribute perspective and guidance - to cut just a bit of the dumb tax that we all pay in our leadership journeys.
