In the season of what has been classified as the "great-resignation", cultivating an environment where employees feel valued and supported is essential to the development and sustainability of teams. The session is designed to explore common pitfalls that start from the top and introduce effective strategies for cultivating a culture of transparency. As a result, leadership is not attempting to mask whatever reality exists and they build a culture of appreciation and trust. Without the aforementioned, they are subject to a high turnover, decreased morale and poor services that can subsequently impact the bottom line. When leadership neglects the internal customer, they fail to nurture those that allow the business to exist and function. When there is a culture of trust and appreciation, the relationship thrives and it increases the probability of growth that is sustainable and healthy.
