SpeakerSearch is a non-exclusive keynote speaker listing platform that connects event planners, companies, and organizations ("you," "your," or "Event Planner") with professional speakers. Our Services allow you to search, view, and engage speakers for potential events and engagements.

You agree to use the SpeakerSearch platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.

You agree not to:

  • Misrepresent your identity or your affiliation with any person or entity.
  • Use the Services to send spam, promotional materials, or fraudulent inquiries.
  • Copy, scrape, or harvest speaker information or other content for commercial use outside of legitimate event planning.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website or its systems.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access if we believe your use violates these Terms or applicable law.

When you submit a booking request, contact form, or other communication through our website, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete event details (including contact information, event date, and audience information).
  • Allow us to share your provided information with relevant third-parties solely for the purpose of facilitating a potential booking.

SpeakerSearch is not a party to any eventual booking contract between you and a speaker. We act only as an intermediary facilitating introductions.

All content on the SpeakerSearch website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by or licensed to SpeakerSearch and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, or distribute any content without our prior written consent.

SpeakerSearch provides access to speaker profiles and recommendations as informational listings only. We do not guarantee the performance, availability, or suitability of any speaker.

We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding:

  • The accuracy of speaker information;
  • The outcome of your event or engagement; or
  • The success of any booking arrangement.

We collect and use personal information in accordance with our Privacy Notice.

When you submit information through our website, you consent to:

  • The collection and processing of your information for inquiry handling and communication.
  • The sharing of your information with speakers and third-party service providers (e.g., email or CRM systems) as necessary to facilitate bookings.
